1. License Grant
PartPlace is proprietary software provided for personal or internal business use only. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this extension.
2. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Redistribute, resell, or share the extension with unauthorized parties
- Modify or create derivative works based on the extension
- Use the extension for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
- Attempt to hack, bypass security features, or compromise the extension or backend
- Use the extension to scrape or abuse supplier websites beyond normal usage
3. Intellectual Property
All code, design, and intellectual property in PartPlace remain the sole property of the developer. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
4. No Warranty
PartPlace is provided "as-is" without warranty. The developer is not liable for any damage, loss, or issues arising from use of this software.
5. Termination
Access may be revoked immediately if you breach these terms. Users who violate these restrictions may be subject to legal action.
6. Data & Privacy
By using PartPlace, you agree to our privacy practices. Local data is stored on your device. Cloud sync data is encrypted and stored securely.
7. Updates & Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue PartPlace at any time. Terms may be updated—continued use constitutes acceptance.
